Competition Layshaft 4 Syncro Single Step PRE A+

This sale is for ONE layshaft. An upgrade to the standard layshaft (22G931) for the pre A+ gearboxes. This competition/performance spec layshaft has the same design as the standard part but is produced in an upgraded material EN36 then heat treated to the correct core depth. This version was introduced as the standard type would flex and result in the breakage of the bearings causing seizure, when under race conditions. These are different to the A+ layshafts that do not have a step in them where the bearings sit. It does however have one end larger than the other. Please see our other listings if you require the A+ type or the just the standard version of this layshaft.
