This sale is for ONE unit. Lucas C40 type Dynalite. The original alternator that looks like an original dynamo! Designed, tested and built by PowerLite, this unit delivers the performance of a modern alternator whilst retaining the period look of a dynamo. Built with OE rated components at their facility in the West Midlands, England.

The Dynalite unlike a dynamo is self regulating, therefore the standard control box is redundant. There are two ways to rewire the control box for the Dynalite unit. The first is to simply bypass or use the control box as a junction point with two small wiring changes. The second and preferred option is to fit a PowerLite dummy control box.
